How to Reset Your Password
If you've forgotten your password, don't worry - you can reset it easily.
Step 1: Go to Login Page
Visit the login page and click "Forgot Password?"
Step 2: Enter Your Email
Type the email address associated with your NAVA account.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Look for a password reset email from NAVA
- Click the reset link in the email
- The link is valid for 24 hours
Step 4: Create New Password
- Enter your new password
- Confirm the new password
- Make sure it's strong and secure
Step 5: Log In
Use your new password to log into your account.
Tips for a Strong Password
- Use at least 8 characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Add numbers and special characters
- Don't use personal information
