How to Reset Your Password

Step 3: Check Your Email

1. Look for a password reset email from NAVA
2. Click the reset link in the email
3. The link is valid for 24 hours

Step 4: Create New Password

1. Enter your new password
2. Confirm the new password
3. Make sure it's strong and secure

Step 5: Log In

Use your new password to log into your account.

Tips for a Strong Password

• Use at least 8 characters
• Include uppercase and lowercase letters
• Add numbers and special characters
• Don't use personal information
