How to Manage Your Listings

Keep your listings up-to-date and manage them effectively.

Accessing Your Listings

1. Go to your Dashboard
2. Click on "My Listings" section
3. You'll see all your active and inactive listings

Available Actions

Edit a Listing

• Click "Edit" on any listing
• Update information, photos, or price
• Save your changes

Mark as Sold

• Click "Mark as Sold" when item is sold
• This removes it from search results
• Helps build your seller reputation

Deactivate/Reactivate

• Deactivate: Temporarily hide from search
• Reactivate: Make visible again
• Useful for seasonal items

Delete a Listing

• Permanently remove a listing
• Cannot be undone
• Use deactivate instead if unsure

Listing Status Types

• Active: Visible to buyers
• Inactive: Hidden from search
• Sold: Marked as sold
• Expired: Auto-deactivated after long period

Best Practices

• Keep information current
• Respond to buyer messages quickly
• Update photos if item condition changes
• Mark items as sold promptly
